Works like it should. Just fyi for everyone who's confused about the lack of threads: the part is designed to be that way. The bolts are made of a harder metal than the spindle casing. You can "thread" them in by using an impact drill/driver, pneumatic impact wrench, or just with a ratchet and socket. (It may take longer that way but it's totally doable.) The reason why they are like that is to ensure a super tight threading of the bolt so that the spindle doesn't vibrate itself off the deck. You don't need to tap it. It's the same premise as many aftermarket power window motors in certain vehicles.I hope this info helps others.

Fit exactly. Had questions they were very fast in response. Product was delivered from manufacture in 2 days. I would highly recommend !!!!

The spindle housing and pully were a perfect fit up. It looks well made. However, as you can see in the pics, the mounting hole locations do NOT have any threads for screwing the mounting bolts into..?!? Not sure how that made it through quality control but it did. It is a very good thing that I have taps and drills in my tool collection. If someone had to, they could drill out the holes to fit through bolts in them but that would compromise the already small amount of material around the mounting locations. I only ran the mower once for a few minutes to make sure it was properly mounted so I do not have a any idea on its longevity.

This isn’t tapped for the bolts! There’s no threads where the bolts go so you can’t attach it to the deck. It also doesn’t come with the bolts, which might be on purpose since they didn’t bother to tap any threads. Hardware store for some 1/4” bolts, washers, and nylock nuts. Overpriced, underwhelmed.

The one I got from Cub, I just used a 1/4 impact to start the bolts into it first, to get some threads then put it on and tighten.I believe they are designed that way so they don’t come loose.

Overall nice quality but the 4 bolt holes didn't come tapped to thread the bolts in. Wasn't a huge deal but it should be ready to bolt in.
