Easyily adjustable skipping rope, but I've had a hard time cutting off the excess even with a strong set of metal wire cutter pliers, and other capable cutters. However, for the price it's been holding up great so far for about 5 months of almost daily use. The rope can really hit hard on your toes so it's good to wear shoes while skipping. It's is tangle resistant and the value is great.
