Got this to replace one that broke. The previous one is from a well known brand. This one feels less sturdy but for now it is doing the job.

The shoulder rest is what it is, not as comfy as the old sponge and elastic band that I used to use but it looks the part I guess. It didn't come with the mute, hence the lower rating

For less than ten quid and with a mute (normally 4 or 5 quid on its own) you really can't complain. It's not that sturdy, the foam is spongey enough and more comfortable that playing without a rest anyway. If you're looking for the best rest you've ever used and want to keep it for the rest of your life (no pun intended) then this probably isn't the one for you....for a part time player as a hobby its perfect for what I want to use it for.
