I got this chair since I work from home and was starting to have issues with my neck. This chair is exactly what I needed. I am 4'9 so it's high from the lowest point and the highest I can't get on without using a step stool but that's exactly what I needed since I have a standing desk that I still on. Love it! Easy to assemble. Comfortable, worth the price.

I'm almost 200 lbs I sit comfortably in the chair though it's higher than I thoght it would be. But that's on me, I didn't get out the measuring tape after reading the specs. I got what I ordered, and I ordered this because it was higher than other tall chairs and it does sit tall. With it lowered all the way in its range of height adjustment, it's a bit higher off of the floor than I would like, but it is what I ordered. I really like it, no regrets, and it's holding up well so far.

I specifically waited to review this tall office chair because I wanted to test if it would have the same issue as my previous chair, which started sinking after a few months of use. Unfortunately, it seems like history is repeating itself. The chair has started randomly sinking when I sit in it.Sometimes it sinks all the way down to its lowest level, making it impossible for me to reach my standing desk. Other times, it only sinks a little bit, which is still bothersome. Now, every day becomes a surprise as I wonder if it will sink or not.Needless to say, I'm on the hunt for yet another chair. Perhaps this problem is just inevitable with these types of chairs. It seems like they all eventually succumb to sinking and become useless.

There were no instructions that came in with mine but it was fairly straightforward. Recommended to replace the wheels with better rollerblade version. Chair itself seems standard and as expected for the price. I would buy again without hesitation.
