Searched for months for just the right wall clock. Read hundreds of reviews. Seems there are a lot of bad ones. This clock is Perfect. Just the right size, quiet, easy to read and has a pendulum. It did have a slight noise on the pendulum with a new battery but I did as other reviews suggested and put a small piece of felt and it stopped. Highly recommend!

My home style is casual, leaning toward country/vintage. This clock is a perfect fit! I think the pendulum action gives it a little something special. As others have noted, be sure to find your pendulum tucked in the packaging. After I attached the pendulum and hung it on the wall, there was a very noticeable soft knocking noise from the pendulum arm hitting part of the back (plastic) when it swung. It was too loud for us, but I wanted the pendulum to swing. I put a felt tab (the kind you put on decorative things for tabletops etc) on the plastic thing it was hitting. It has an adhesive back, and a felt front, perfect for muffling the tapping noise. I cannot hear it at all now.

I purchased a repackaged, returned clock for $30.00, instead of a new one for $ 93.00 and it was totally worth it. Don’t know why the person returned it, but it works great, keeps perfect time.Pendulum was taped to the back so I didn’t have a hard time finding it.Just keep in mind, it takes 2 double AA batteries, not just one, to make it work. That stumped me for a second when I realized, I needed a second. When you see the two separate battery compartments, you’ll understand.Great clock .... I love it !!

We love the clock and so happy I read comments from others here regarding the noise. We put a couple of small pieces of weather stripping in it and now it is completely quiet.

The clock is unique and stylish. I thought it was overly expensive but know it is a good brand. I do need to point out that it was the most poorly packed item I ever have purchased from Amazon. I am surprised it survived the trip.

It's a beautiful wall clock and I'm satisfied with the design. I bought it for my parents-in-law from Korea who just bought a second house in the US. However, the round part at the 6'oclock position did not come with the package, so it now looks very weird with a big black hall there. In order to get the missing part, they should send the clock back to the vendor, which is not so easy for old people who are not good at computer and English. They just gave up, and I wish the vendor can just send the missing part without receiving the whole thing back.
