Great quality headphones. The case is flimsy but functional. I wouldn’t buy the case and accessories separately, but it’s a good deal for the headphones and the accessories. The headphones have ear tips, so the tips in the add ons are useless to me personally, but my husband stole the memory foam ones for himself and likes them for noise cancelling purposes.

Works beautifully. They fit in my ears very good with the foam tips. The battery last a good while, after using for a year or so they still work very good. Easy to connect and operate, and very good audio for the price.

I did a ChatGPT search for what was considered the best headphones on the market. It came up with these Sony’s and for the first time ever it was completely wrong. The sound quality is thin – very little base or mid range almost all treble despite changing equalizer settings on the app. A huge problem with these buds is they are not comfortable, and you also cannot readjust them in your ear without stopping the music or changing the noise canceling modes depending on which side you touch. I had a five year-old pair of Beats by Dre whose sound quality and functionality far surpasses these premium headphones.In the end the entire process from the delays in shipping through to the ridiculous list of paperwork and emails that had to be included for the return made this one of the worst purchases I’ve ever had on Amazon. I’d love to give this zero stars.

I previously had a WF1000XM4 but one ear went dead. Purchasing a new pair, I decided to go with the newer model. These are just as great and even smaller than last year.In between purchasing this, I tried to order a pair of Google Buds but they could not compare. The noise cancelation on these are next level. I'm always a fan of Sony products so I may be biased.

I bought these to use while my XM4 versions were off for warranty replacement due to rapid battery discharge.The XM4s sound better. But, the XM4s are annoying because when I answer my phone and then take the earbuds out of the storage case to put them in my ears, when they connec,t they always interrupt my phone call to say "Connected to phone" or something like that. I always miss a second or two of what the other person is saying, every time.With the XM5s, in the same scenario, they just play a quick beep to let me know they've connected. I don't miss any of what the other person is saying.Also, they both support multi-point connections. Meaning, I can have them connected to my laptop and my phone at the same time. With the XM4s, I can be listening to music from my laptop, then a phone call comes in, I answer it, and the ear buds automatically switch over and I'm on the phone via my earbuds. It works well. The XM5s do not work well for auto switching between the two sources. I had to set that pair back to not doing multi-point.

I fly frequently for work and these headphones have been amazing. Background airplane noise becomes non existent and they’re small and comfortable enough that I can still sleep with them in. They also have a pretty good call quality for Audio which is great for work calls. General sound quality for music, podcasts and audiobooks is also top notch

I lost a pair of first generation Bose quiet comfort earbuds that I loved. I decided to try the Sony because of the ability to be connected to 2 sources and reported ambient noise canceling on par with the Bose. Once I received the Sony I verified I had the proper fit using the tool in the app and verified I had the ambient noise canceling properly set up. I seemed to notice more bleed through of ambient sounds than I was used to. Wanting to give the Sony’s a fair try I took them on a plane trip to Atlanta. It became very clear that the ambient noise canceling was no where close to the Bose. In addition I had significant issues keeping them in my ear. To make sure I reverified that I had the right size and proper fit with the apps tool. The trip back I had the same issues. I will say the sound was very good. However if your looking for good noise canceling and earbuds that stay in I would recommend the Bose quiet comfort series.

I like the sound, the fit, the features. They're not a hi-fi headset, but they are a great pair of buds. Well thought out. Sony app is meh. Charging for 360 sound on $300 buds and expensive phones is disappointing.But 5 stars are earned.
