These are so effective!! I’m a girl that used to struggle a lot with my vagina health, and ever since i’ve started using these, my vaginal health has been amazing. There’s no bad smells, or pains. They’re easy to take and taste like nothing so yeah! Lush

They’re ok but didn’t notice much of difference to be honest, I always buy vitaflora and notice straight away a difference but unfortunately didn’t have same effect with these, tried this because they were cheaper but it’s definitely worth just going a few pounds more to have something that is more effective.

Excellent product works amazing

Since starting to use an IUD 3 or so years ago I most definitely noticed a change in how I smelled ‘down there’ and I had become really self conscious about it. After doing a little research I read that probiotics can help, so settled on this one due to the reasonable price, and it definitely made a difference! I had to switch to an alternate product for a few months due to it becoming unavailable and this one most definitely was more effective! 10/10 will continue using as long as I need to, has most definitely stopped me feeling as self conscious :)

I am peri-menopausal and have noticed things have been slightly different with me lately. Only mildly, but I have been somewhat paranoid about how I smell.Anyway, I happened to see the most frank, hilarious FB ad for another brand of supplement and it got me thinking that I might try probiotics for a while and see. I didn't want to spend too much in case it was a waste of cash. I've only been taking these for five days and I definitely feel fresher. It's definitely important to stay hydrated with plenty of water, and eat nutritious food, but who does that perfectly these days? Not me.I am happy so far, but then I didn't really have major "symptoms." Give them a go.
