The headset is working properly. Quality is good and it's comfortable on the years. The position of the mic is adjustable. The item is somewhat expensive though, but worth the money!

The box does not appear brand new but rather like refurbished product. Regarding headphone it's comfortable, light and Noise cancellation does work well. Unfortunately unable to return it because I work and I need headset Unfortunately. If they provide new headphone then I believe it's worth the money else Logitech has good option too. I used to believe Flipkart we face such used products but Amazon has lowered their standards too i believe. Also I wish the volume section I wish had a clip so that it could be hanged on shirt or Tshirt. Otherwise in general the product looks fine. As much as I wish to give 5 rating they leave me no choice but to give 3 so that they won't cheat others are take this into consideration very seriously.
