I have only used it twice and both times I had to unscrew it up and release the paper and it gets hot so stopped using it.

Blades only lasted,a couple of years!!.
Single person usage.Now only capable of shredding 1 sheet of paper, motor burns out within seconds now!.I've only had a few years!.

Great purchase
Good value for money, works really well. Good capacity and shreds as advertised, five papers at once. Shreds plastic cards as advertised as well. Have not noticed any heat from it. Decent speed, not the fastest but definitely not slow.

bad fault in paper detect sensor
1st the shredder is very good quality and shreds the paper well. but if a piece of paper gets lodged in the paper sensor your in big trouble as i was. only after 1 day in use. there is no compartment to open and retrieve the trapped paper?? in my opinion this shredder is a disposable, unless you have knowledge to take the machine apart, and took me 2hours and much patience, sending it back for me was more trouble than it was worth, remember one bit of lodged paper. for most with no knowledge on how to retrieve the trapped paper. say goodbye. a 100% genuine review,
