Remote control not easy to install without disconnecting the other controllers

wireless keypad does not work cannot reset. battery light stays on constantly.
keypad will not reset. can i return defective keypad for replacement without returning entire package?

Terrible product
App has never worked. Gate jams up all the time and locks you in or out even with unlocking the manual override. Do not buy. Company will not do anything to help fix issues. DO NOT BUY!
