Was skeptical when ordering this, however, pleasantly surprised. Easy to set up on your phone then being able to see a magnified view inside your ear is both fascinating and effective to clean ears. It's tiny and soft, so cleans ears painlessly. Highly recommend

Life saver - I don’t recommend my process because you should always see a doctor first and foremost, but i simply used this and the Otex Express ear drops and within a few days I’ve gotten a HUGE wax plug out my ear. Only problem is have is that the lens is kindve hard to clean.Just be sure you’re VERY careful when you go digging around in your ears, never force anything and be careful.It does have an app, but there’s no mandatory sign ins or anything, it solely a middle0man software to bridge the gap between devices. It paired easily with my iPad and functioned straight out of the box. Instructions included were clear and concise with everything i needed to know.

It's a easy to use and a very durable ear cleaner. I have no complaints about this, the size is good, it does heat up while using it, acceptable battery life.

For the price, this is a bargain. A fully working wifi camera with LED light that allows you to sort out your ear problems at home from the comfort of your own couch. I've had no problems with connection, and although the camera is pretty low-res, do you really need HD for picking rubbish out of your ear hole? Overall, it does the job.My use case is having to use earplugs every night due to road noise, which has resulted in my ears regularly getting blocked. Using this I've been able to clean out my right ear with no problem, and even remove some very dark compacted wax which has probably been there for years.My left ear has been more of an issue though, for two main reasons (hence two stars removed):Firstly, the metal scope which you put the attachments on is a pretty sharp edged tube. While moving in and out, trying to get the soft end into position, the metal camera tube can scrape against your ear canal. I've found that my left ear canal is more bent than my right, and thus it's not a straight shot to the wax retrieval mission. As such, the metal tube scrapes on it's way in and out. After a while it can be quite painful, and I've found it leaves my ear sore for several days.Just to be clear, this isn't the silicone scoop at the end causing irritation, it's the metal tube it's connected to rubbing against the canal. This should really be rounded over or rubberised or something to make it less sharp.Secondly, and more importantly, the potential for you to really damage your ear is very high. The fact you can buy a device like this without any warning is somewhat worrying. At first I thought it was just for cleaning out the canal, but then realised it's possible to reach all the way to your eardrum and if you're not extremely careful, you could easily damage it. I've managed to give myself some light tinnitus from using this. As such, I would advise against buying one of these unless you have a very steady hand and are willing to accept the consequences of using it.While my right ear is now nice and clear, my left ear still has compacted wax on the drum, is sore, and rings slightly. It's painful to get the device into position, due to the sharp tube, so it's taking multiple attempts over multiple days to make any progress, with a sore ear in between.With that all in mind, overall I wouldn't recommend the device for casual users, because I think the possibility of causing harm is too high. For someone with a serious blockage though, who can't get medical help, or for someone constantly getting blocked ears, it's a very cheap and potentially easy way to solve your problem. Just treat it with respect and be careful!
