Great tool for the job thought it was slightly over priced as it’s only really a modified pliers the clips seem to be good quality & easy to use .i used them in a gabion basket assembly & they worked fine

We have some gabian walls built in the garden but we needed to have extra things to secure the metal together, this was so easy to use and really good value for money

Easy to use but my second gabions were of a heavier guage bar than my first. I ordered more clips one size up for the new gabions and had no problems. I give 4 stars as there is no return spring on the pliers. To be fair none at this price point had springs but it would be even better if it did.

I bought these for a small gabion basket project, the clip tool is very basic but good quality and the clips that come with it are just perfect. I think though if you are doing a mammoth gabion project you would probably want a cartridge/ feeder clip tool

Works well, looks neat and is relatively easy to use. I used it to close gabions (was previously using wire and twisting this, and then helicoils, but this is so much neater.

Saved me a lot of time when putting my gabion cages together. The tool is simple but pretty solid and super easy to use.
