This is the best probiotic it deserves a good review

Good product great product

I will not buy this again. Some of the capsules are full. Some are half full and some are 3/4 full. Pretty sure a majority of the capsules should not be half full when there are full capsules in the bottle. I want my money back but Amazon is telling me this is not refundable. So then I will just leave a bad review since I had to waste my money.

This 30 capsule jar contains 30 days worth of probiotics, which are great for your gut as well as your brain. Many people do not know the brain part. They think probiotics are "just" for good digestion. But nutrient absorption is important to total body health, and one of the most important organs is the brain. People forget that to their own detriment. Having said all that, I wouldn't buy this again, given the cost. Plenty of other probiotics are around for a great deal less.

One month supply of gelatin-free, easy to take capsules that claim to contain 10 billion CFUs of probiotic. I have noticed slight improvements in my digestion and overall mood though not much change regarding my immune system as I feel as though I've been sick for months. To be fair though, the past few months have been really rough on my house and I.

The good: they have a good blend of yogurt-like probiotics, and also have the harder to find streptacaucus. The capsules are an easy-to-take size.The not-so-good: at only 10 billion cfu per capsule, you have to take 10-20 capsules to get the amount of probiotic provided by some of their competitors. it's just too weak of a dosage for me to want to buy it again, and I don't notice any difference from just taking one pill. For the price, it just wouldn't be worth it to me to repurchase.

This is a probiotic, but I didn't notice too much difference in me from taking it. I waited the full 30 days and the bottle is empty before writing this review.I did not notice any detrimental effects, but neither did I notice any positive effects, either.
