THIS IS AMAZING ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for the price. Really well designed and super fast delivery (literally the next day) and the delivery guys were so polite about everything they said and did. The reclining seats are super quiet and smooth.The floor lights are good (one button only on right hand side) nice and bright. Wireless charging is good but for a slightly faster charge just use the usb slots by the recliner buttons on the side that all work perfectly.Cup holders on the arms are big enough to hold a normal size pint glass (happy days) and the centre ones are good for snacks etc. Center lights in head rest have a 2 stage brightness (low and high) and the buttons are touch sensitive so there’s no noise when using them. READ THIS: the only down side is the central head rest, when folded back it goes past the back of the sofa meaning that you have to leave more space behind the sofa to fully fold it up so the lights shine forward. However if you just fold it to where it hits the wall the light shines down onto the sofa and is more of an ambient light (much nicer) OVERALL THIS IS WORTH EVERY PENNY AND IN MY OPINION IS WORTH MORE. We purchased the Orlando 3 and 2 seater tech leather sofa and it is absolutely stunning, stylish and comfy. We ordered it on Thursday and it arrived on Saturday. Excellent communication from the seller and the delivery guys cannot fault a single thing about this purchase. The delivery men went above and beyond to help us from keeping us up to date with regards to delivery too putting it together and installing it in our home. They even went to the extra trouble of helping us to dispose of our old sofas.This sofa even though I measured was much bigger than I anticipated and it did not fit how I had planned but they boys helped me to rearrange for it too fit which was great. Also to point out my measuring skills are terrible that's on me.It is so so comfy to sit on and the recline is amazing I really the love the features it has from the fold down section with cup holders, lights and a wireless phone charger to the USB ports on the side so I can relax and charge my phone at the same time. It has that lovely cinema feel with a homely comfort. The quality of the tech leather seems to be really good I purchased covers for mine to protect the leather and because I have a 6yr old little boy. I honestly highly recommend these sofas and also doing business with this seller I have zero complaints and would happily do business again. Thanks allot guys.

I have order this sofa on and got it delivered one day before it was expecting to arrive.Alex has done good job in assembly and delivery .A 5* service from Alex and his team for helping assembly and delive to my room of choice.Sofa has all modern aspect and I like the colour as well sofa look well made abd value for money,very comfortable as its feeling much firm than my last .I am please with my purachase and hope it will last long as fabric used it much thicker than most in market.

There is nothing to dislike about this sweet it's absolutely stunning well made and so comfortable. The set was order late Saturday and to my shock I had a call from the delivery lads who were the best couple of lads with manners and great understanding of my issues actually having Jimmy and Ian were the best they bought the set in andset it up for me they were exceptionally brilliant oh I forgot to say I was sitting in my beautiful settee Monday so a big thumps up for sales factory and my lovely delivery lads they so lifted me thank you so so much xxx

After 2 months the recliner mechanism failed. It makes a burring noise and refuses to close. Despite messages back and forth with supplier, its now almost been a month with promises of replacement.I will update if I eventually get a replacement.If not I will be contacting the ombudsmen or taking legal advice. AVOID.

I was so pleased with this sofa its really beautiful and too good for the price i like it
