Is this safe for use on polyurethane finishes?

It has worked well for me on polyurethane varnish!

Would it make sense to use this over tru oil that was applied to a clean walnut stock?

I would not have a problem putting on another coat or two over the existing Tru Oil. If you have any scratches, I would smooth them out with some fine grit wet and dry sand paper, and apply a coat or two just to that area in order to match the existing coat before I coated the whole stock. It is a great product, I use it all of the time.

How long to wait between coats of Gun stock wax?

I used two pieces of old t-shirt. One each for application the polishing. Each application is a thin coat and instantly polish to desired sheen/shine. I used it on my 12ga Winchester, 45/70 Rossi, 22 Marlin and 22 Beeman pcp rifle with excellent results

Q: Can this be used as a sealer after i stain the the wood? I built a longbow and picked out my stain but still deciding on what to seal it with.

Enhances and protects the beauty of woods, metals and leather I personally have not used it for the purpose you are referring to although I would think it would be feasible I can not say for sure that it would work although you can contact the manufacturer to be sure before you purchase and use it for that purpose.
