Q: My delivery came without the grey holder for this item

Mine had the grey stand with it. Contact Amazon or return

Q: Mine came with the two parts for the stand but with nothing to secure them together. Is this right?

There should have been some plastic tubes, these tubes should connect to both sides, these should allow the stand to stand upright, the stand itself is pretty pathetic and regularly falls over, please be careful if around kids

Mine took almost 2 weeks to arrive but. Ordered on the Saturday, emailed the following Monday and delivered that Wednesday.
