In my 50's and need supplements that support my overall health. I also appreciate that this company uses ingredients that are 100% natural, vegan, dairy-free, soy-free, and non-GMO. So glad I ordered to add to my daily wellness routine.

I continue to try this product and my body adjusted to previous negative symptoms. I split the dosage and take with food made it much easier to use. I will revisit when I can say if the product actually works. Waiting a few weeks may be best to make the adjustment to any side effect.

I've been taking these for midlife issues and find that as long as I take them on a regular basis its doing good. No issues with taking the capsules. I started 2 a day but sometimes I forget. I have noticed less facial growth and looking forward to completing all bottles. It also has saw palmetto and green tea which is good for slowing hair loss. So far so good.

This is my 2nd month of using this and I still have to pluck out facial hair. I know result aren't immediate. How ever what I did notice as an immediate result was that my schedule changed for my monthly's. And it happened twice. Before this I expected it, during the end of the month. Last month I got it around the 15th and then I got it today on the 11th. I don't mind it switching around I'm just curious to know why. As for my periods I don't have excruciating cramps as I did before. I just need to keep taking these to see when it will start reducing my facial hair growth
