Great sound quality, construction, and comfort!
I purchased this during Prime Day sales. I think it was about 50% off so I was very happy with the deal. I bought it to eliminate noise while gaming when others are sleeping, since I can't use my speakers.I play PC games exclusively and never had a headset before so I was a little hesitant, but reviews were glowing for this model. I am happy to say that after a few months of use, they are quite nice.Comfort: There is no manually adjustable height on this. It's all automatic. The soft, squishy band that rests on your head is the thick one in the picture. It is spring-loaded on the sides and will settle the headset out at a comfortable level. I was concerned that it might let the earpieces sit too high or low but it actually works out quite well. The memory foam earpieces are soft and do not bother me after gaming for hours. They enclose my entire ear so I don't have any pressure on my earlobes.Construction: The plastic used in this seems durable. The metal frame of the whole kit is rigid and holds up well. The removable boom mic is a thick, sturdy boom of flexible rubber that holds its shape and position well. The cable to connect to the PC is long (finally!), braided, and flexible. The volume adjust and mute features are in-line and reasonably close to the user without being in the way. After a few months, everything is still great. Memory foam is holding up. The springiness of the upper band is still fine. The boom mic still holds its position.Sound: I admit I don't have the headset experience to say whether this is amazing or not. I know that for me, sound quality is clear and crisp. Bass has a nice thump, and quality remains even as I turn up the volume. Boom mic performance is also good and my buddies don't have problems hearing me.Overall: I am very impressed with this headset. I obviously recommend getting these on sale just to fundamentally save money, but I would say these are good enough that it might be worth paying full price if you're hard up for a nice set of headphones and you need it now.

Comfortable fit, good sound quality.
I've struggled in the past to find a comfortable headset, most are too tight and cause me discomfort after long periods of time. This set is great, I can wear it for hours and barely notice it. If you're like me and have a big head, I highly recommend these.

Very good headset, a little bit small.
Sound quality and directional sound are stellar, especially considering the price. Bass is a little bit muddy in some situations, but most of the time it's extremely good. The comfort is top notch, much better than my previous Razer headset, which was nearly double the price. The microphone is good, but a severely lacking in any bass. This one oversight takes the mic from a (would be) 10/10, to a 6. After tuning it with Voicemeeter software, I was able to get it sounding like a $50 - $80 standalone USB microphone. My only complaint is the headset doesn't cater well to larger heads. These barely fit me and I'm only 16 and very lightweight. If you're using these on Xbox, be prepared for lackluster audio quality. Lots of pops and crackles with a constant, annoying hum. I use these on my PC and have no such issues.

Amazing quality
The sound and microphone quality are amazing. People are surprised to hear it’s a headset mic instead of a professional microphone. The headset is kind of heavy but it’s very durable.

Most comfortable headset ive ever owned. (big head)
The HyperX Revolver is hands down the most comfortable headset i've ever had. Ive had everything from 20$ cheapies, Studio headsets, to 250$ 7.1 Turtle beaches. And the revolver is the best headset ive ever owned. Especially if you have a big ass head like me, nothing ive tried comes close. Its soft, the ear cups are deep, the sound and build quality are top notch. I bought and returned the HyperX Cloud Alphas based off all the great reviews, and while its sound and build quality were great, the fit for a large head was just to tight. If your looking for a high quality, extremely comfy headset look no further. Im now a HyperX fan for life.

Feels unsafe for prolonged use. Painful after a few hours.
As soon as you put the headphones on your eardrums feel isolated. The seal around your ear is so tight you can feel your eardrum move if you push on the side of the headset. After binge watching the first four episodes of stranger things season three my eardrums, and inner ear, were in pain. It's more than discomfort, it was actively painful. Tried again following day with few hours of GTA5, same pain resulted. This cannot be safe for prolonged use. I've returned them and even after a day of rest my inner ear is still sensitive and feels bruised. The sound clarity is next level. I was hearing strikes from Kashikura Takashi's drumming that I never noticed with my Sennheisers. The clarity is truly impressive, but the quality of the audio experience isn't so good to my ear. The audio curve, to my ears, sounds heavily biased toward the lower mid and lower range frequencies. This is the most comfortable headset I've ever tried on. I was skeptical when I saw how much they weighed, but as soon as I put them on I never once noticed it.Give me this headset but with an open back, velour pads, and a balanced audio curve and I'd come back to HyperX.

Ok for a budget headset
I have only had this headset for 9 months. I bought the headset as a replacement for my astros (the astros i had for 7 years!). The sound quality was great right out of the box and I was impressed but slowly as the months went on the sound quality diminished and currently there is a buzzing sound that I can not seem to get rid of. This is a huge disappointment as i had high hopes for Hyperx.
