Q: I ordered contact cleaner, but got a bottle that says gun cleaner. Is this the same product?

Gun Cleaner is the newer version/packaging. It is also less likely to damage a greater variety of plastics. At least this has been my experience and I have used several cans of each. Good stuff.

Q: It says safe for incidental contact of polymer I have a polymer Sig P320 is this safe to use to clean the entire gun?

It says "polymer safe" on the can and I've used it both a popular polymer framed Austrian pistol and a take down rifle who's fraction reduces to 5/11 great results.

Q: How many 11oz cans are in the " 1 pack" ?

I purchased a box of 12 that cost me over $100. Just from the price of this "pack", it sure seems like one can to me. Why they are calling it a pack, it sure seems like deception to me.

Q: can this be used for long term storage?

For storage you want their other product, Lucas Oil Extreme Duty CLP is designed to clean, lubricate and protect your firearms in one simple step. #10916 - 11 Ounce Aerosol or #10915 - 4 Ounce squeeze bottle. This works great for storage. Be sure to run some patches through the weapon before you shoot it to remove the oil.
