The mist mode is fantastic

Faced issue but got a replacement. Good customer support
The pores of the shower head got clogged after 5 months of usage.But I got a new replacement part.Reverse flushing is recommended every 2 months regular usage.Customer support was prompt on whatsapp but inaccessible over call. Better to reach them on whatsapp.

Not worth the money
I have recently started using this product as the area I reside in has hard water. However, I hardly see any improvement in my hairfall or hair texture. Will recommend only if you are not able to find any better option.

This filter does the job wonderfully
Bangalore known for its famous hard water but with this filter gone are the days where we worry about taking a shower or even washing our face with the hardest water found in India. A bit pricey but worth every penny.
