I bought this after returning the cheaper model. Although the control on this one is a bit bulkier than the streamlined cheaper version, for me it’s 10 x better. The continuous mode on this one means I can keep it on all day if I want which is invaluable to me. It also has a programme that doesn’t fluctuate through the programme. It just stays on the same strength. Very happy with it! If the pads become less sticky over time wash in warm water and they revert to sticky again.

Good product with great customer service. My original stopped working and the company sent me a replacement no questions asked. New version works really well.

I purchased this machine originally to assist with recovery of gym sessions but the uses have been fantastic. the case allows you to keep everything together and mobile, the pads are extra sticky and the machine its self is built well and easy to use. I have used this all over my body with Muscle recovery, Bad back, Calf strains and trapped nerves. Fantastic bit of kit.

Auvon never fails. I have upgraded form the previous model as it stopped working. As machines work amazing and people underestimate how helpful they are with regular use. I get loads of lower back pain and it really makes a difference if I use it regularly, as going to physio. Now my only downside to this machine is that I don't know what program is each one of them; the other machine showed an image for each option so I could choose between acupuncture or massage or tapping..., on this I just have to guess.

I had a bad accident and needed major surgery. I’ve been in a lot of pain and hate taking so many pain killers, which didn’t work well anyway. This little unit is a game changer for me. It often takes my pain to zero but on a bad day it’s not above 3. No pain meds now!Just a note: sometimes you need to move the pads around a bit, to find the best and comfortable (as in it doesn’t feel sharp jolts) position. Even a couple of cm’s can make a difference.I had a very old Lloyds one that works fine, but didn’t do too much for pain relief, and I thought I’d take a chance on getting a new one, just because mine was so old and only had 8 programs.I am so pleased I did this has helped me to get through the day.The massage is very nice as well but I haven’t tried the EMS yet.The unit is nice and small but it’s very easy to see the settings thanks to a clear screen and bright light.I find the adjustable timer a great help.It’s very easy to use and navigation between settings is a doddle.Battery life wow, I’ve been using this daily for a month, the battery has only moved down 2 bars! Hasn’t been recharged yet, in a month! (I often only have one set of patches on, if you had both all the time it may use more battery?)The leads are really great quality and I think that shows in the pads because I rarely take it above 3, or 5 on a bad day.Pads are good, I leave them on for hours and they stay there. Still using the same pads and they haven’t given me any skin reaction.The case is really useful and very well thought out.I only have one negative and that’s it doesn’t have a belt clip. I don’t always have pockets to put it in. So I made a case with a belt clip for it.If this got broken or lost tomorrow, I would get another one straight away.

I ordered this, yesterday afternoon to get by 13:00 the following day, whilst bent up in agony, pains in the back and down my leg. I hadn't slept the last couple nights, despite being prescribed the strongest available painkillers. Tracking the delivery progress, almost crying in pain.As soon as it was delivered I set it up. By the evening the pain had eased to an acceptable level. That night I slept soundly. This morning I woke with a little bit of pain.Reading the instructions it recommended using a couple of drop of water on the pads, if necessary, to ensure good adhesion. I had the move one of the pads before it worked correctly.I will use this everyday now and take it with me when I am out..Easy to setup and use. Small and convenient size to put in pocket. I do agree with other reviews in that a clip to secure it on clothing, belt would be useful. I will look at creating a 3D print.All in all fantastic product.

This is excellent! I’ve had pain in my wrist, thumb & fore finger, due to RSI for years. I’ve had hospital appointments & tests but nothing ever came of them. I was about to chase them up when my daughter showed me this. She has one and hooked up my painful wrist to it. No kidding, 20mins later & such a difference! Wrist is not cured yet but oh my goodness, it feels so much better! A few more sessions & I’m very hopeful for the first time!The other brilliant thing is, is that you can attach the pads to your painful area, set it going & watch tv or read, whilst this little thing does its magic. I cannot recommend it enough!

I've hurt my back and decided to give this a try in between sports massages.I have never used one before, so it feels strange, yes it hurts the sore part of my back, especially on ems mode, however I'm finding it's helping. I was able to use up to programme 8 at the start, 3 days later and I'm able to get to 12. I dare say the spirts massage has really helped but this is suppirtingvthat treatment.I like all 3 modes, up to 40 strength, two differentvkeads meaning differebtvareas at once. Each mode offers a variation of patterns of impulses. 9 programmes van ve stored.Timer goes up to 90 minutes, increments of 10 minutes.Comes with pads, they stick really well,don't leave any stickiness on skin after. It's like a small mobile phone of the padt with its size, very portable and could be used anywhere you are.I'm sure there are branded makes out there, but on my budget this is great.I highly recommend this product.
