I almost didn’t order this because of the melodramatic reviews that it was way too salty. This is not my experience.I came down with a terrible stomach flu and couldn’t eat anything for several days. I even had a hard time drinking water. I became dehydrated and remembered I should probably get some electrolytes.My husband went to the pharmacy and asked the pharmacist who recommended one of the brands on the shelf. He got the one they had with the least sugar (9grams per serving). I could not drink it, it was SO sweet. Unbelievably sweet. It was nauseating.So, I thought I would see if I could find one that was sugar-free online. I looked at several, but this one seemed like the best, no sugar, no additives,. no flavor (because actually I like the taste of water). I’m writing this review mainly because I am frustrated by some of the reviews that (while they’re certainly entitled to their opinions), I think it could mislead people.I hardly taste anything and it certainly is not as salty as some say. It dissolves easily and it has made drinking more water easier somehow, softer. It has really helped me a lot with this illness.

This product contains iron and says on the package not to give it to children under 18. The warning should be larger on the label. Other than that, it’s a great product. I like that it isn’t sweet and can be added to homemade broth or fruit juice. Slight salty taste when mixed in. Good value compared to other rehydration products. Natural ingredients. Would recommend to adults.

It tastes terrible - it has a very "mineral" after taste that lingers. It changes the taste of any drink that you put it into. I tried putting it into a smoothy - could hardly drink it, even though it had a whole banana and a lot of blueberries in it. I cannot even imagine how aweful it will taste in coffee.Update: I'm updating my review: I found a way to make it taste good - add apple cider viniger! This combination tastes great! Also, the company customer service is very helpful.

This is a great value for a quality electrolyte product. Most of them are marketed as flavored drinks or similar. I don’t need that, and often they have additives that I don’t want. This works perfectly for me and I’m really happy with the price point. I’ll be a regular purchaser!

My son is really into nutrition and working out and he was using this one for awhile, but realized he had to double his scoops to get the numbers he was looking for. I originally purchased it for myself. I'm an intermittent faster and thought it could be helpful to take while fasting. If you are "clean" faster, I would not recommend using this product in your fasting window, due to the citric acid. You can totally use it in your eating window though. It mixes well. The packaging is NOT great! It has a zip top that should reseal, but we have had to fold and clip it because it looses it's ability to "zip" properly.

It was great to find an electrolyte with no taste and no sugar. I mix it in water with lemon and ice and take it to the gym. Great find!

Great hydration, no smell, no taste yet it makes my coffee taste even better!!!
