Highly recommended
I don’t normally do reviews, but I was so impressed with this I thought it deserved one.The instructions were very simple. You select the date you want it to start. When I landed in the U.S I got a text to say the sim was ready to use. It worked perfectly for my 2 week trip. My wife was also able to hotspot from it when she had no WiFi. I was impressed it still works alongside my UK number. You can just select to turn the data roaming off for your uk number, but you can still receive text messages / phone calls. Excellent bit of kit and I would highly recommend. Was great for using google maps for directions whilst driving. Would definitely use again…the only negative I have, is the phone number you are given is obviously recycled over and over and you do get a lot of spam text messages…but easy to block. All in all I would highly recommend.

Worked like a dream!
I bought the 15 day Sim to cover a fortnight's holiday in Florida. I put this into a spare mobile and activated it the day before travelling. After a couple of hours not receiving the confirmation, I turned the mobile off and on again and everything sprang into life and we had the telephone number.First use - Google maps to get to our destination and everywhere else thereafter.Second use - all being able to tether and have data whilst out and about.Third use - being able to give a US telephone number when making bookings and to be notified about tables/rooms being ready.Good value when compared to O2's £7 a day charge to use the mobile in the US.

Disappointing
Very disappointed with the service I received. We were travelling and due to arrive in the USA on a Sunday. The information states there is no customer support on Sunday and the e-sim cannot be activated on Sunday's.I therefore arranged activation for the Saturday before we travelled. The sim had not been activated by lunchtime, so I had an online chat to ensure it would be activated on the Saturday to be ready for when we arrived in the States. I was reassured that the sim was scheduled for activation.Unfortunately it was not activated, I could not do anything on the Sunday as there is no support available. On route to the airport both myself and my wife purchased an e-sim from one of the big operators who's name is a number. This was activated instantly so we had some service when we arrived in the USA.I had another online chat on the Monday morning and they assured us that both Sims would be activated as a priority within an hour. Which my sim was activated within the hour. My wife's sim was not and we had to have another online chat to get it activated. Once activated they did both work. However we both received several calls from what appeared to be debt collection agencies, chasing whoever must have had the number previously.If you do purchase one and are travelling on Sunday request activation on the Friday.

Won't travel outside of Europe without this sim
Absolutely great! Registered the sim before leaving UK with an advance start date. As soon as I installed in America was working. I bought the 15 day card, but continued to use it for a few days after the 15 day cut off.My only complaint - when I messaged to ask if I was going to be charged ad the 15 days had expired the return message was not clear.I will not travel to America again without buying this sim card

Not activated on time
Registered online for the 2 esims to be activated on the 28thMarch (the day we arrived in USA) Unfortunately this did not happen. I was left with no mobile signal at all which was a nightmare! I used the hotel wifi to contact customer service who said we will activate it as soon as possible. This took until 6am the next day. Apart from this the esims worked fine. I would purchase again but with a physical sim and not an esim due to not being activated on the correct day.

Great coverage and all included.
This worked perfectly. I registered it the day before travelling and was working for when we arrived. I did initially have it in a spare phone and used it to hotspot my main phone, but did eventually just swap the sims. The majority of my UK apps still worked and the coverage with this SIM was faultless. Would use this again if ever needed.

Excellent
Registered on web site the day before we travelled, landed in USA put SIM in phone and worked straight away. Very simple process, excellent connection worked perfectly. Just remember you need an unlocked phone

Terrible experience from start to finish.
Terrible experience from start to finish. I never received the notification needed to activate the eSIM, even though I got an email claiming, "You should receive a notification on your phone to install the eSIM..." Spoiler: I didn’t. I contacted their support ([email protected]), and the only response I got was a vague and useless, "We will arrange to re-send it sometime." No follow-up. No fix. Nothing.I use a Pixel 8a with notification history enabled—this wasn’t user error. To make matters worse, I actually bought a second eSIM thinking maybe I did something wrong the first time. Same exact issue. No notification. This time, support didn’t even bother to reply.I’ve wasted time and money on a product that doesn’t work and a support team that doesn’t care. Absolutely unacceptable. Do yourself a favor—stay far away from this company.
