I now take 5 tablets a day, all at once, each morning.Had been, for several years, just getting out the (then 3) tabs each morning from their blister-packs.My meditation comes in strips of 14 tabs. So I now fill 2 boxes every other Monday. The next 13 days are then just so easy !This set is perfect for anyone who takes multiple tablets, but at the same time each day.I like the fact that they have the week starting on a Monday, which of course it does.

Small daily pill holder - weekly containers
Perfect size for me, as I don't need a huge one. Each daily capsule holder snaps closed securely, and is easy to open. I like that the week starts on Monday.

They are quite small to be honest but for the price and you get 3 of them i guess they are not to bad but would suite a child to an adult.I only wanted them for vitamins anyway
