Q: Will someone seriously tell me what the meaning behind this shirt is?

It’s a joke about an expression “That’s not a good sign” is an expression people use as an indication of something that is not good. Example: It’s not a good sign when the check engine light comes on during a test drive. The shirt has a picture of a sign that reads “bad” (synonym for not good), so the stick figure is pointing out the obvious that a sign with the word bad on it is in fact is not a good sign.

Q: I would like to purchase the "large tall" sized shirt for my nephew. does anyone know how much longer this size is than the regular large? thanks!

Large tall seems to be from shoulders to waistline being taller than the normal size.
