I don’t often write reviews but felt the need to give this machine a 5-star. The juicer came in a wooden crate and arrived several days earlier than anticipated. It took about 15 minutes to pry the wooden crate open because we didn’t want to damage anything inside. Once we took out the juicer it was basically plug and jug. We did clean the racks and everything. Instructions provided were very easy to follow and the machine worked great. We did 20 sugar canes the first day for our family and the neighbors.

They need a better quality control person, customer service was ok. Switch broke on me the first week. They compensated and sent another switch. A year later I finally use it and the screws on the wheels fell off

Absolutely thrilled with it! It extracts more juice than my old model. Adjusting the roller gap for different cane sizes is a game-changer. Worth every penny!
