The fan was easy to assemble and install, it works great, the air flow does not spread out much beyond the radius of the fan, but helps move the air under our gazebo

Not worth it. Lowe's has a similar one same price that puts off more air.
Nice fan, but doesn't put off much air. The blades are about 5 inches each. Unfortunately if they had used slightly bigger blades this would be an amazing fan. There is 3+ inches of clearance between each fan blade and the outer enclosure. Porrly described product, calling this a 20 inch fan, when in reality if they had designed the outer cage properly it would be a 14 inch fan

Remote not working
Why did you pick this product vs others?:The item worked great until the remote stopped working. The light comes on when we plug it in and the only way it goes out is to unplug it because the remote is not working and the fan will not work at all without the remote. At first, I thought maybe the batteries were bad so I replaced them, but it still did not control the light or fan. Would like some help.
