So many things: it is a lovely moisturizer, feels soft and good. It's in a GLASS container--no plastic particles here. It's a good size for me to buy at a time, since it's only daytime for me. Smells good.

Potential for Contamination
I’m returning this and giving it 2 stars without trying it for two (2) reasons:1)There was no type of factory/manufacturer seal on either the box or bottle, a must for me. I can’t be confident of purity or that the product hasn’t been opened.2) The application wand is subject to contamination, which in turn can introduce microorganisms into the product. Face and hands can be clean and still harbor microorganisms. (I’m not paranoid; I have a background in microbiology.)
