Def buying again--vegan protein staple!!
I don't usually stop and write reviews but I did want to give my experience with this particular mix since I read a lot of mixed stuff before buying. I have two different types of sprouters and I have only used this in the type that is a wide mouth Mason jar with a screen top. About 3 tbsp seems to be the right amount for a 32 oz jar. My first time sprouting these was not as successful as I'd like and I'm fairly sure it all comes down to soaking time. I'm on my third batch and found by soaking them for 10 to 12 hours, even the adzuki beans will have a little bit more progress than many are reporting here; they are by far the slowest to sprout in this mix and def have the most "duds" but this is just fine for my applications. I let these go for about 5 to 7 days, and by then, I have full on baby green leaves on some of these. I eat them raw in salads, but cook them with random Asian inspired seasonings then serve them over and gains blend. Pic in jar below is 2.5 days after soaking. Happy sprouting!

My little sprouts.
These are my favorite blend of sprouts. They grew as promised and have already paid for themselves. Sprouts are so versatile, but to buy a tiny bit of them in the store would break my bank. I tried a couple of other varieties and they all performed as promised. So easy and delicious.

Good tasting blend. Didn't come with instructions
Good tasting blend, but didn't come with instructions. Required I go to their website and then didn't really have instructions for this specific blend of seeds.

Great mix
First type trying these. Mmmm so delicious and they sprout in 4 days. Love them in sprout salads and added to wraps. Will definitely order again.

So far so good
I have only had this going for about a day and a half and they are growing pretty well. The red/brown seeds/beans are the only ones not having a physical sprout coming out and some look like duds and some look like there is something starting to emerge. I am growing them in a mason jar, so I might either separate the red/brown ones to be in a separate jar or just half the amount and practice that amount into another jar. I'll see what happens. I am expecting them to take more than the noted 3 days, so I'll update as things happen. So far so good though. Liking this so far.

Terrible flavor
This product was so very disappointing. I've sprouted beans and lentils for years so I know what needs to be done. I soaked and sprouted a half cup of these. The beans and peas all sprouted nicely. But the taste! Ugh. The only sprouts I eat raw are alfalfa and broccoli. I knew these would have to be at least lightly cooked. I sautéed garlic in olive oil, added the sprouts, salt and pepper and some water. After a half hour the beans were still raw and unpleasant. I added a little tomato paste and continued cooking till tender. The beans still had the raw bean-y taste AND left a pronounced bitter aftertaste in my mouth. After a few more attempts at seasoning, I threw them out. I was raised on lots of lentil and bean dishes and know they can be very delicious. Not these. I've wasted my money and would certainly not recommend anyone to purchase them.
