Good alternative
Great cost effective alternative to egg whites if you are making cocktails and good foam

Brown colour, poor foaming
Disappointed, would not buy again. Liquid is deep brown in colour, so not suitable for making attractive drinks. And also is very poor as a foamer, nowhere near consistency achieved with egg whites.

Great product, Great customer service
Having never used such a product before I didn't know what to expect but needless to say I am very happy.With 3-4 drops in the drink it completely replaces an egg white without changing the smell or taste.On top of a great product came great customer service. I had a query so sent a message which was answered very quickly. Spoke to a lovely guy who couldn't of been more helpful.I would highly recommend the product and the company.

Works, but stinks
Works but smejtjls foul.The sealed bottle made my whole pantry smell like an old gym bag, which u can also smell in the drink
