Great gluten free option !
This is one of the best gluten free pastas I have tried.I have celiac disease and am extremely limited by what I can safely eat.Most gluten free pastas have a weird, gloopy texture. Jovial brand products have a very similar taste and texture to wheat based pastas. The trick is to ensure that they are NEVER overcooked. I usually stop the cook time on this pasta 30 seconds before it’s done just to ensure it doesn’t overcook, and has a nice al dente bite to it.Note, the Jovial cassava pasta is not the same. It tastes gloopy and mushy.

Gluten free pasta that tastes great
My favorite brand of gluten free pasta that tastes pretty much exactly like wheat pasta. Texture is great and comes out al dente every time. Even though it is more expensive, the ingredient list is clean and worth it for the price.

The best gluten free pasta I have tried. You can't tell the difference. The texture is great. The cook time is similar to regular pasta. Wish it was a little cheaper but the ingredients are pure and worth the money. Can still be Al dente whi h is how I like it. Hope it comes in bulk with a sale

My go to brand of rice pasta
Why did you pick this product vs others?:These are my go to rice noodle brand. They are not nearly as starchy as others and they taste just like regular noodles to my family. Nobody notices a difference.

THE BEST
I got this by accident the first time. I usually get a penne or farfalle. Anyway this was so good! Like bite size lasagna noodles and really satisfying to bite into. For a gluten free pasta especially, it holds up really well to sauces without crumbling and falling apart. This pasta is a staple in my house now. My non-gluten-free friends also enjoy this pasta.
