Solid Lighter love it
Makes a nice clink noise when you open and close it. Looks and feels premium. Very easy to use and simple to customise the power of the flame. Solid build. Love it

Avoid, non working product
Doesn't light, all it does is leak out the butane i put in it. For £12 I'd expect it to actually work. Do not buy.

Not a bad lighter
The lighter comes in a somewhat okayish presentable box. If I'm thinking if this is aimed as a gift for someone, the box, and the overall lighter doesn't scream expensive. It isn't too heavy, the finish is good to a degree, has a few pits and dull points in places, and it has a tinny metal feel and sound about it. The opening and closing mechanism is good and solid without side wobble. It has a slide on the top to drop in a new flint when a new one is required, with the gas adjuster screw at the base.Using it takes a little getting used to but isn't complicated and one will develop their own style with regular use. At first, I found myself using both hands, more if I didn't want the loud clunk of it opening one-handed, and eventually got used to opening it one-handed while still preventing the lid from springing open.Overall, it isn't a bad lighter, it works well, but based on the overall feel and finish of it, I think at the price of £9.99 at the time I got it... was almost right. It didn't feel like it should cost that much to me. Then again, if on a budget, it is a good lighter if the price is right. I can't say how long the finish will last just yet, but the same could be said for any lighter that gets regular use. At the time of my review, it is now priced at £15.99, 4 stars.
