Good value interface
Great sound quality and 6 usable channels. The application is a bit confusing but I found more info on YouTube. The mixer works great now. I use an M1 Mac with it and it comes with 6 months use of Studio One Pro 7. It’s a usb c connection

Brilliant
The build quality and audio clarity is excellent for its price. I love the one knob controls all because I use headphone a lot of the time whilst creative and turn to studio monitors when mixing a track.

Great and good price
Basic unit but works well and priced nicely. Just be careful using it on Macs that have Sonoma or Sequoia - it's fine on Ventura

Hardware failure
I use to use Cakewalk DAW with an Audient iD4. I recently move to the Studio One Pro DAW by PreSonus and decided to get a Presonus audio interface because of the tight intergation promised by PreSonus. When I tried to setup the ES 2 it wouldn't work via my Kensington hub as the Audient iD4 had. To get around this issue I connected it directly to my PC and it seemed to work. However there was a soft high pitched noise coming out of the ES 2 all the time. Eventually manage to record sond audio which seemed ok on play back. The next day the ES 2 wouldn't connect at all to my PC. Very unimpressed. Going back to my very reliable Audient iD4.
