Very cool and modern lock
It is just fantastic. So easy to install. Very sturdy and bold design. Size is comfortable and security is assured.Very easy to use.

Poor battery life
Very useful lock as we dont need to carry a key all the time.But it has a very very Poor battery life.During the first 2 months of purchase, battery lasts for 2 months.After the first change Battery lasts for only 6 days. Every 6 days i have replace new sets of battery. When in emergency to go out you will see battery doesnt work and have to replace it, else it doesnt open.Now i have shifted to a standard locks with keys instead of this painful smart locks.

Value for money. Impressive and useful product
Lock is quite impressive and quite responsive. I am being using another finger print pad lock for last two years now and this one has good features of BT access and logs, with replaceable battery which in turn is a good feature as the ones with buildin batteries don't last for long with limited battery recharge cycles. Must buy product.

Good product!
We have been using it for more than 6 months now and it works very well. The connection with the app is a bit slow / sluggish. However, the lock itself and the fingerprint works well and without errors.

One of the problems with this lock.
The lock is advertised as being suitable for outdoor. It works well when it is not raining. When there is rain I find it very difficult to get it to open with my fingerprint. Imagine standing in the poring rain, in the dark and wet cloths. How do you open this lock with finger print? You can't even wipe you finer and the sensor because everything is wet. Keep this in mind when using this lock on outdoor gate.

DONT BUY AT ALL
I am writing to advise against purchasing this product. I have had it for only two months and am already experiencing issues with the lock.Additionally, there appears to be no customer support available. The customer support number is not working, and the same is true for their email address.
