Great chair for a good price
The recliner is just what the doctor ordered! The vibrating massage is great for my back pain, and I like how it has several different modes and levels of intensity. The heat also feels good on my back. It's very comfortable. I fall asleep in it all the time, because it is so comfortable, and can recline almost all the way flat. The build quality is not the best but it's OK for what I need. It wasn't too difficult to put together. I did it by myself. I have spilled a couple of times on it, and it was easily cleaned with a damp cloth, and left no stain. I like the color, dark gray, because it goes with almost anything. I keep this one inmy bedroom, but I need a new one for my living room so I'maboutbuying another one.

So comfortable and great price!
I got this chair for my reading corner. It is so comfortable! So many great things to say about this chair. The pockets are a nice feature! One on each side and 2 in front by the cup holders. I put my charge cords and other books in them. The massage option is amazing. Has many different settings. Heat as well.Easy to use the foot rest. Has a release by your leg on the seat. Was really easy to put together. Instructions came with it and there is also a video you can watch on the product page. The material is nice and easy to clean. I chose gray because it went with my room. Would recommend, however one thing I will say is that it's so comfortable, that I end up falling asleep while reading. Lol

Nice chair for the money, there are some tricks to assembling it
There are pros and cons to this product. Once you learn the secrets, it is really a great chair for the money. Again consider this is a $229 chair, not a $1500 La-Z-Boy. That being said here are the details. The chair comes in a square box. All of the small parts are packed under the base. It’s a bit of a nuisance to get them out, but not that difficult. Turn the base upside down and wiggle them out. The side pieces are a very durable hard plastic material. You simply press the spacers between the two has and secure them with four long bolts and nuts on each side. I used a hammer to tap them into place, it made it very easy. The covers went on very easy, a little hard to get them zipped but they are nice and tight. The center cushion and foot rest cover is a one piece item that you Velcro into placeThere are metal slides that secure the arms and the two side wings. After that, you slide the back into its guides, connect the cables and it’s done. Yes he requires assembly but actually it’s kind of fun. Definitely better with two people. The negatives: the wings and especially the back are very difficult to line up with the slides so you can push them into position. I tried this by myself, and it was very frustrating. With a second person to hold the padding away from the slides, they slid right in.The only major problem we had was it was nearly impossible to retract the foot rest. This is done by pushing it back in with your heels. I contacted their factory and the rep replied, but have not heard back from them in several days.We turned it over and moved the springs forward two holes. This made it about 50% easier. I would recommend doing this before assembly. Retracting would not be as difficult for a younger person with more strength. While looking at the side of the chair, I noticed a gap between the lower cushion and the frame, indicating I did not fasten the lower upholstered pad correctly. It should go as far back as possible before pressing onto the Velcro. When we pulled the pad up and brought it back into its proper position, the retraction problem completely disappeared. Apparently it changed the angle when you were pushing back to retract the foot restNow it works perfectly. The massager is nice However, the timer is 10, 20, 30 minutes, not 60 minutes as shown in the ad, no big deal. All in all it’s a good chair for the money, a little more firm than I would like, but it is brand new.I would buy it again

Just what the doctor ordered - literally
I bought this chair because I'm actually under doctor's orders to keep my disabled leg elevated as much as possible to help my wound close. I looked at dozens and dozens of candidates before settling on this. Pros: extremely comfortable, without that sinking feeling that some of these style of chairs have; swivels a full 360° and rocks easily without being too 'slippery'; easy to get in and out of even for someone that's disabled like me with a bad leg (for someone that's more frail or shorter or weaker this might not be true); cupholders are a great innovation and are ample and secure enough for the tall drinking glasses I use; there are two pockets on the front of each side that accommodate smartphones comfortably which can be looked into the USB charger that is connected with a port on the hand control for the vibration and heating element; and the whole thing is fairly easy to assemble even though the estimated 20 minutes to do it probably only applies to workers that have done it hundreds of times at the factory. The cost is less than expected because the base framework isn't made of wood but the kind of duroplast plastic panels that snap together and are then secured with long steel bolts, which probably makes it a lot more durable than traditional chairs based on a wood framework. Cons: the fabric covers for the sides, with the arm rests and cupholders mounted on them, are hard to pull over the frame fully, and despite my best efforts there's approximately an inch or two on both sides that were simply too much to zip up tightly, but the good thing is the zipper is out of sight anyway. Also, the cushioned fabric flap for the seat and cover that extends over the footrest appears to be loose when the footrest is in the down position, but that's a minor aesthetic flaw that can probably be corrected after I fine tune it - since I've only had it assembled for a day and a half. Also, the footrest is extended using a flexible pull lever that comes up from inside the chair, between the seat and the right side, and while this works okay getting it extended, as others have noted it can be very hard getting the footrest back down because there's no hard lever on the outside that you can simply use your hand to push it back down with. Considering that this chair is selling in the $250 range, it's an exceptional deal if you want something new that doesn't come with years of other people's bacteria, dirt and dust that have been absorbed into a used chair.
