I'm blown away by the IZI Mini X Nano 4K Drone!As a drone enthusiast, I was excited to try this compact and feature-rich drone. I my case Product is delivered good product but , in the box one battery damaged then I Will sent this battery to izi service centre but izi team do not response and when ever I call amazon customer care they say full help of team support you but atlast his behaviour very bad , he said I do not any option for your problem then call ended by team , so please friends do not buy this product in Amazon and do not waste your money 🤌🏻💔

Gimbal issues after putting sd card camera shake drone not controlled 1st time vdo auto cut uncontrolled drone and second time after putting sd card gimbal completely not work..And I bought 6.10.24 now all three battery bulged 1 battery was totally bulged .I followup somany mail and call no response from izi.. service I feel too bad.. make it user friendly. I suggest 1 think kindly check after ds card from company and app make it user friendly only video save in phone memory and in photos only save in app and sharing option also single photos and videos only...

Very bad quality. No quality check by oem before sending product. Sent defective product. Especially when product is of high cost, such bad quality is not at all acceptable.
