First of all fan comes beautifully packed, in a light and compact box. All parts have a quality feel and everything fits perfectly. Fan is well quiet, all that can be heard is a woosh of a moving air, which is rather soothing. Fan moves good amount of air, but it's not powerful, it produces smooth, constant breeze, great for living rooms and bedrooms. It's just over 6kg, so suitable for suspended, plasterboard ceilings. Model we went for comes with a light, there are tree brightness (from cool to warm white). I find the light very bright, and it cannot be dimmed. Remote controller is responsive and fan produces a soft beep when selecting different settings, but this can be disabled by pressing "wave" button for 5sec, this is a unique function, where most fans will just keep on beeping yet this one can be stopped. Fan is good looking and with 6 speeds you will find the setting that's right for you. It comes with two rods, shorter and longer for taller celings. I'm impressed.

Has been installed in top bedroom...Fan is very large and very heavy, so be aware.Written instructions were good, pictures less so.Quality is generally excellent too.Looks fantastic and very effective. Remote works well, with many operating options.Had some difficulty fitting control box into 'tray' as advised because tight fit and wires interfere somewhat. But when fitted all okay.Once fitted, works very well and no discernible wobble present, even on fastest setting!Overall, great product and fit for purpose.Highly recommended!

Top quality Fan, built quality is exceptional, came very well packaged.So quite with a DC motor. Just hear natural air flow.I'm a Electrician, so installation was easy.It is a heavy fan, so I would say make sure you have the right fixings.Might buy another one for the spare room.

Couldn’t be happier with the fan/light. The build quality is exceptional, really well designed and made. It’s really nice to look at and does it’s job with very little noise. It was easy to fit, largely due to the design - screw the base to the ceiling, hang the fan onto it and do the final connections, job done. Be sure to check the size tho, which I didn’t, & it’s a lot bigger than I was expecting it to be so had to fit it in a different room than I initially intended. I thought it was quite expensive at first, but after seeing it, I actually thought it was really good value because of the quality of the product & would be happy to have paid more. We will probably be buying another one for our living room.

Product great except the top that’s covering the electrics is waaaaayyyyyyy toooo small to actually take the electrics with the remote receiver for that reason it’s literally useless

Not too bad to install provided you've already a beam or something sturdy in the ceiling to hold the weight.Works great. Fastest setting is very fast. Lowest is a little faster than it could be, but overall pleased.
