A great solution for all your out of country power needs.
Incredibly useful for my trip to Greece. I needed it for my CPAP but it was so much more. A surprisingly small number of hotels had usb ports for recharging phones, iPads, etc. This device has four ports and we used them all. we also used the additional plug ins to charge a laptop computer. It was the perfect choice for our vacation. The main outlet is unswitched for devices with step down transformers, The additional two outlets are transformed to 110V for high wattage devices.

Charge everything all at the same time!
We used this product on a two week trip overseas in Ireland, London, and Lisbon. The adapters were easy to switch back and forth.Has all the different outlets usb, usb c, and standard three prong. It quickly charged all devices including two phones, headphones, laptop, and tablet. All hair care items including blow dryer and straightener worked perfectly. All packed nicely in our carryon suite case.

Great value, worth the money!
Used this for an EU trip, found it a great value. The mains plug is EU type E, and the kit comes with a spare type C passive plug (among others) so if you need more outlets, you can usually use the type C by itself for a 4th dual voltage device directly into the wall on-location without having to buy one separately.Loved it and it did the job well, but giving it 4 stars because I had issues with my wife’s straightener tripping the internal breaker on the plugs designated for that kind of device (2000W). Her straightener is nowhere near that wattage so wasn’t really sure what was going on. It worked with a 1250w hairdryer just fine. I ended up doing what I mentioned above with the passive C adapter to use the straightener directly in the wall, as it was dual voltage. The other thing that could be improved is other kits like this one have their mains cable as detachable, with a shape similar to a laptop charger’s plug on the AC side. Would make it easier to change what plug type you want as the primary mains if you travel to a non-EU country/area often (including USA), or replace the mains if the cable was damaged in transit/use. This one is type E, permanently attached.

Serious concerns about product usability -- From the manufacturer, no less!
I have purchased one of these adapters to take with me to the U.K. later this month. I based my decision to purchase this specific device on reviews and the available online product documentation. My plan is to use this device to plug in all my device power adapters (laptop, tablet, phone, travel CPAP machine) once I am in the hotel room.I just received the device and am now instantly concerned about taking it with me. First of all, right over the two 2KW US/Type-B sockets is a "Warnings" label that gives me pause/concern about plugging in my adapters. The label (photo below) says "Warnings. It's not suitable for devices with electronic chips, such as those with touch switches or light touch switches. If you have any issues with use, please contact [email protected]" This is somewhat of a silly message as just about everything these days has electronic chips in it. While I know that "wall wort" power adapters do not typically have switches of any kind (touch, soft-touch, or otherwise), this message is still concerning. This could be a "bad English translation problem" or this could be indicative of possible voltage/power incompatibility issues. On top of that, the small tri-fold paper document that comes with the devices has yet another worrisome wording to it. It says (and again photo is below): "2. The dual adapter sockets could not converter voltage. Do not insert 100-125V devices into the adapter socket." Why is it that a device that is described on Amazon as a "220V to 110V Voltage Converter, TESSAN Universal Travel Adapter" needs a caution that says the sockets "could not convert(er) voltage"? Again, is this a poor English translation, or can this thing not actually do what it says it does?I see the reviews and there are plenty of positive ones, but there are a handful of 1-star reviews as well. Most of the bad reviews are using hair dryers or straighteners. I would ONLY be using this device for my AC power adapter charger devices, the largest of which is 245W. These warnings RIGHT ON THE DEVICE and in the documentation concern me deeply. The last thing I want to do is blow up my devices (or the chargers used to recharge them) while I am in a foreign country.I have emailed the support group as specified and asked for clarification. Will see if I get that clarity. If they respond and address my concerns, I will update this review. Until then, people show know they are *possibly* in for trouble with this device. I have a feeling I will be sending this thing back before it destroys my gear.

Pleased
This worked great on my trip to Dubai, no issues. Charging speed was fine. It came with many adapters so hopefully I can use it on future trips to other locations. It was a good value for the money.

Great product
Just what I needed and came on time. It works in Israel and other countries which I appreciate it since I have been traveling quite a bit in the middle east.
