I did do a review when i1st got this but to let everyone know that if you think your product isn't working it is . Unless you press the up or down button which is the items strength it won't work. Set it for the a or b section then press the up or down arrow button which will give you the strength you want. Unless you do this it'll not work. Then when it starts working it'll give you 20 mins of use. You can alter the strength as you go. This is the best ever tens machine I've had working on my cronic back ache and I'd recommend it to anyone in cronic pain but please read the instructions. A5* product as far as I'm concerned.

Read instructions carefully and follow recommendations. But first one should talk to one's GP and make sure that there no contraindications A very helpful device.
