Stop depending on Amazon for any resolution.
The media could not be loaded. Bought this item for my holiday to be delivered a day before. The item is defective or may be the speaker is that bad. Off course they will only replace it, as we tend not to see this detail trusting Amazon reviews & brand. & when I asked to send replacement after 14 days when I came back the costumer care refused & said it will be replaced immediately. As I’m not there for 7 days window there will be no replacement if i get defective item again. I think now Amazon has come to that state they don’t take any responsibility of anything. U buy something at ur own risk. Don’t think about calling them as they will tell u rules as they are standing in court. U get a defective item be ready to run to service centres. Pathetic & rude behaviour from service centre too. Waste of 5k. They are unapologetic & they said they are forced to disconnect the call. They didn’t even create replacement order which they were saying they will do. Costumer experience?? What a joke
