Great PI Hat!
Great POE Hat for the Pi 5. Has worked solid and the FAN helps keep the Processor Cool.Slot for extra storage is great to as do not trust a SD Card that much for production use of data storage with a PI as read and write cycles can be much lower.

Works as advertised, Configure your firmware!
If you need to connect an SSD to your Pi, this definitely works. Make sure you follow the instructions to configure your Pi's firmware though, otherwise you won't get proper speeds. It meets the advertised speeds, isn't terribly difficult to install if you know how to handle electronics, and feels good quality. I haven't had any issues, so I'd say this is worth it.

Good POE experience
After testing a few hats found this to be the absolute best for running pi 5s off POE. Slowly converting my current set up from Pimoroni NVME bases to this configuration for my 10” rack. Works without issue when I have four plugged into a TPlink tp-sg105mpe; but will be moving to a ubiquity flex 2.5 soon to cut clutter (I need 8 ports to run all the pi’s when complete).I wish there was an option to get them without the POE hat because I already had them for all my current nodes, but all in all it’s priced well. They also give you two connector ribbons in case you screw one up, which is nice.

Works great, but not compatible with many enclosures
This board works really well. The thing that is mildly disappointing is that the board extends over the top of the ports. If you look at all the official HATs from Raspberry Pi, none of theirs do this. This creates a little bit of a physical compatibility issue with a lot of rack mounts and other types of enclosures where there are slots cut out for the ports. This board protruding too far forward can prevent things from physically lining up. If the rack/enclosure has holes that the Pi should line up with and be mounted to, this board jutting out too far in the front can throw everything off by a few millimeters so that the Pi doesn't line up with the mounting hole. I had a very expensive rack that I needed to drill my own holes in to make things fit and it came out ok, but there's still a bit of an issue in that the Pis are all recessed a few millimeters now instead of their ports being flush with the front face. Kind of annoying and all on account of the board jutting out too far in the front. Other than this, these boards have been great. Tech-wise, no issues.

Excellent upgrade!
Top of the line. This hat board works exactly as described and you can use a full length drive in it. POE works perfect on my Pi5.

Using for my All Sky Camera so I just have to run an outdoor Ethernet cable
So far, so good. I've got some issues with the software, but this board is running fine with my Pi 5 in an outdoor sealed electrical box at the end of 200 ft of outdoor Ethernet cable. I haven't monitored the daytime temperatures of the Pi inside the box in the sun, so all I can say is that it's still running after 2 weeks outside. I know the power converter and the Pi generate heat, so that will likely limit the system's longevity in my application. I considered mounting a waterproof 5V power converter outside the box for heat reasons, but that got too problematic when trying to use a standard POE+ power injector on the house side.

Works as advertised in Raspberry Pi 5
I installed this today on a Raspberry Pi 5 and copied my SD card over with the built in SD copier, then edited the config to allow me to boot from it. Everything seems t be functioning, and I'm power it through PoE along with 3 other Raspberry Pis (though they are using a different PoE Hat without NVMe). Everything was really easy. The one thing I don't love is the initial installation, but it isn't too bad. You have to slide the ribbon cable through a slot on the Hat because the cable is very short. It certainly wasn't the worst thing ever, but it will make changing it out more difficult should I ever need/want to do that.

Didn't work, reboots itself every 5 seconds
It feels well built but it kept rebooting itself after 5 seconds. I know my switch is fine because every other PoE hat I've tried works.
