I love it. It helps with circulation pain, relief. The design is perfect. The vibration is perfect and it’s built with quality great functionality different settings for your needs.

I bought this after seeing a lot of vibration plates on the market-- a friend had bought this exact model. I don't have any others to compare it to, but I love this. It has sufficient surface area and the remote control is easy to use. There are four speeds, but I mostly use the third highest setting. This has made such a difference in my joints and muscles! The first couple of times you will feel like you lost your sense of balance when you get off of it but over time I feel like it gets better. If you stand straight up it seems to target thighs and midsection, but a slight squat and it's intense in the calves. The standard cycle is 10 minutes which is perfect. I ordered one for my mom who is 81 to use while seated to help improve circulation in her calves, which is so important as we get older. I definitely recommend and thought the price was reasonable.

I’ve been using the Pofart vibration plate machine for a few days now and overall, I'm pretty pleased with it, especially for the price point. It’s compact, easy to move around, and offers a surprisingly powerful vibration that you can definitely feel working your muscles and circulation. Whether you’re standing, sitting, or even doing squats or planks on it, it provides a solid workout and helps with muscle activation and lymphatic drainage as advertised.The vibration settings are versatile — there are multiple speed levels and preset programs, which makes it easy to adjust based on your fitness level or goals for the day. The remote is a nice bonus and works well so far, though it feels a bit lightweight and might not be the most durable in the long term.Now for the downsides: the included resistance bands are basically useless. They're don't provide much resistance at all — more like an afterthought than a real workout aid. If you're serious about incorporating upper-body exercises, I’d suggest using your own bands or weights instead. Also, while the platform seems sturdy enough for now, only time will tell how durable the motor and vibration mechanism really are. It doesn’t feel cheap, but it also doesn’t feel heavy-duty like a high-end model you'd find in a gym.For home use, casual fitness, and recovery routines, this vibration plate does a really good job. It’s easy to use and fits well into a home workout space without taking up too much room. Just don’t count on the bands for serious exercise, and keep in mind that longevity might be a question mark after heavy use. At this price, though, it’s a very good value for what you’re getting.

This is a great price for this product. You can really feel the vibration, it’s very comfortable to stand on. I have the not used it a few times but so far so good!

Have used this several times. Very simple and easy to set up snd use. You need to start with the minimal vibrations and work up.

Came with no protection on the inside. Looks like it was opened already. Had to return it after 2-3 uses because only one side worked at normal capacity. Not to mention this is was wayyy smaller than appears on the images.
