Uniform slices.
If you are looking for something that will help you make even slices this works nicely. Be careful when storing in your drawer. It is very sharp. I feel it is built well and will last a long time.

good product but...
The tool is very well made and works pretty good. However after a recent cooking class that I attended, it is not a tool anyone really needs. the same results can be achieved without any additional tools.Just Youtube chef slicing onions
