Great when working
This is my third hidrate bottle and they’re great when working and definitely make me drink more. Sadly the puck wasn’t working on this one though in hidrate’s defence they have fixed it by sending a warranty replacement puck. Despite the negative reviews on trust pilot they have been good at resolving the issue
