PERFECT XBOX CONTROLLER. The back paddles are so helpful!! I was super bummed when i started getting the unauthorized notifications howveer, I came back to the product page and realized there were instructions to resolve this issue. I knew there had to be a trick of some sort given that were were almost 0 negative reviews on this product. The controller comes with a USB bootloader that will resolve these issues completely. If you get the notification on your Xbox that threatens to block use of your controller, simply follow the instructions that come with this controller. This was almost an issue for me, because my old Xbox one controller uses an antiquated Android charger (NOT Usb-C); however, my brother had an Xbox One controller that uses USB-C (meaning it allows data transfer). I used his controller to plug into the bootloader that came with this controller, and it worked immediately. I now have 0 issues with this controller and can use it forever on my xbox one. super stoked and excited!!

The product worked well initially, but only for a short time. I kept losing connection and had to frequently unplug and reconnect the USB. Unfortunately, during one of those resets, the USB tip broke off. I reached out to the seller for a replacement and even offered to purchase one. He assured me he would send one for free within 3 days and asked for patience. It’s now been over two weeks with no replacement and no further response. Unfortunately, it’s also too late for a refund. I recommend exercising caution if you choose to purchase from this seller.

The media could not be loaded. Good and thoughtful design. The grip is textured and the joystick is rubberized for better friction. The buttons in the back are literally game changing 😏 with the ability to map the buttons on a computer. The joysticks have lights and you can customize them in maybe 5-6 colors. Its very beautiful. I do wish i had a way to connect my own battery pack to it though. So far I am using it wored as it comes with a cable and i believe this is the fastest way, reducing wireless latency. So far so good, lets see how it holds up with time.

It worked for gaming but we could not get the headset to work with it. It works for what we needed though.

My son bought this. His main controller. He likes it. But let me tell you the way it lights up his lil sister (6 months) loves it more. Allows my son to have down time after work but also keep the baby occupied. Hmmm! Sibling bonding and occupied infant. Omg perfect! Let me say durable. She's teething and all that slobber it still works great. Best part of being a big brother (he's 21)

I was concerned, because it was mailed in a paper mailer and when I opened it, the lid was open on the box, the box was torn, a corner was crushed and the dongle was out of the box, loose inside the mailer. Fortunately, the dongle wasn't broken and the controller was packaged in bubble wrap with stick bumpers, for added protection. It took awhile to fully charge it up before use. Set up couldn't be any easier. Plug and play. It feels great in your hands too. I mainly use it for gaming and streaming on my Xbox One. I've not had any issues gaming with it, BUT it's a bit frustrating when trying to stream. The controller will "time out" and shut off. When it does, it pauses your show. So then you have to turn it back on to unpause. So, to stop that from happening, we turn the controller off, which is super annoying if you are streaming something like Bluey on Paramount and have to do this every 7 minutes to continue to the next episode. So, I definitely recommend this for gaming, but not for streaming. Id like to add, the buttons on the underside of the controller take some getting used to. Their placement is a bit in the way and are easily pushed when you aren't trying to. If you set it on a soft surface, like bed, pillow etc, they easily get pushed as well. So, just be aware.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Definitely doesn’t last on an Xbox. It’s a shame because the controller itself feels and looks really good.It was used for a few days just fine. After some time of not using it, we tried using it again and it no longer connected. Similar to all the comments and pictures already shown on here, the Xbox immediately brings up a message and the controller disconnects. The “bootloader” process that is supposed to bypass this issue doesn’t fix anything. There is no easy way to reach the seller or manufacturer to help. Total scam.

The media could not be loaded. So far so good. Works fine on windows 11 (windows 10 should not be an issue). My primary use case is PC.Regarding usage on Xbox, Microsoft recently started disabling third party accessories, which is extremely frustrating and anti-consumer. This does include a dongle that helps bypass this, but I have not figured out how to use it.For a PC gamer, this is an effortless accessory and totally recommend. For Xbox players, know that there are a few extra steps that you’ll need to take to pair this device.
