Q: Could you use this in a steam room?

Probably not. It’s quite thick and gooey like normal bubble bath really. You are probably better to put a few drops of actual Olbas Oil near the heating element in the steam room

Q: Can you put this in a humidifier

No, this version is not an oil.

Q: are there any carrier oils in this or pure essential oils?-i want to use in my aromatherapy diffuser..

I use the original Olbas Inhalant Decongestant Oil in my diffuser with no problems, just be careful when adding it to the water because it is strong. I use a weak solution at night and a slightly stronger solution, up to an hour at a time, if needed during the day.

Q: can this be used like shower gel?? (don't have a bath) :(

I guess you could, but to a lesser effect as the point is to inhale the steam while you relax in the warm water. I would add a bit to my normal shower gel, i think on its own it’s quite strong.
