Relieved when I got this to see it was in an insulated sleeve with cooler packs! No chips were melted despite the July heat. I ordered 5lbs and received five 1lb bags, well sealed. I tried one and it tasted like Hershey's semi-sweet chocolate, and looked fresh (no bloom). Happy with everything and will purchase again when I run out :)

Very Impressive!
These folks are very dedicated. My package arrived on time with an ice pack and in an insulated sleeve. Very impressive and yes the chocolate was great!

Melted Mess, Poor Packaging & No Return – Not Worth It
This was a huge disappointment. The delivery took forever, and when it finally arrived, the chocolate chips were melted due to terrible packaging, no insulation at all. The product looked and felt cheap, definitely not worth the price or the stress. To make matters worse, you can't even return it. I feel like I wasted my money. Save yourself the trouble and buy something else.

This is perfect for a premeasured pound. It is cheaper than buying smaller amounts at my local grocery and exactly fits a particular recipe. Great for bakers!

Chocolate melted.
Due to the summer heat, the chocolate arrived partially melted, even with it being packed in an insulated bag with 2 ice packs. I opened the package immediately upon delivery.
