I have a 12 pound Shih tzu who enjoys chewing on antlers and benebones. I decided to try these because a friend has two small dogs that love them. Meg was pretty confused at first and kind of just sat there looking at it. But I held it for her and she started to gnaw at it. She’s been chewing on this for over an hour now and I have never seen her so dedicated. I ordered the small pack and it came with three pieces about the length of your fingers and are decently thick so they can’t swallow it. It has visibly decreased in size so I am planning on monitoring her. I like that it’s simply just cheese. I haven’t taken her out yet but let’s hope her stomach handles it! If she’s fine, I will definitely be buying these again. If it cleans her teeth like they claim then that’s great too.

Our dog loves to chew things! She gets bored with chew toys, and much prefers things she can consume. Most chewable treats we discovered do not last very long. The best combination we have found in duration and happiness have been the bully sticks she loves, but still she goes through them pretty fast. That can get expensive. We have found these Yak chews last a lot longer, so it's a better proposition for us. That said, she likes to sometimes playfully toss her chews, and when these hit a hard surface they can break apart into smaller segments that are harder to hold. So we just try to keep her on softer surfaces when she's chewing on these.

Small size not worth it for my 13lb dogs. Lasts a good amount of time compared to other chews, but it becomes unsafe quickly, so I got medium the next time.Also, they really enjoyed them at first, but stopped touching them after awhile. I don’t know if they got too hard or they just got bored of them. The nice thing is, puffing them up allows them to finish them quickly once they become too small. It’s like a big cheese ball treat.Overall, I don’t think I’ll buy these again unless there’s a good sale since the cost is pretty high for what you get.

I have two small breed dogs (chihuahua and papillon) and both love these chews. The portion size is perfect for my small dogs and I find that they actually prefer these chews to the larger size. They seem to last a long time compared to other digestible chews such as bully sticks, pig ears, cow ears, etc. Neither dog can eat this in one day and each chew usually lasts a week or more. Both dogs enjoy the taste and thus far no digestive issues. My papillon has a sensitive stomach but can chew on these without any issues. Highly recommend!

I ordered the large size and they were perfect for my 50 lbs, 7 months old, Labrador puppy. The first chew lasted for 1 week, and she is on her second chew now. The chews are quite hard and almost feel like a bone. When the chew got small enough to be concerned about choking, I used water and the microwave to turn it into a crunchy puff (soak 30 minutes then microwave 1 minute). She ate that part in no time. Overall, it's a long lasting chew my dog loves.

The yak cheese is fantastic for chewing and boredom busting. My dogs love the yak chews so much they don't destroy the other toys they have and save those for playing withThe onky negative I have is that I have found them for less and in a larger package with another vendor.These are the ideal size for my miniature bernedoodles (45 and 65 lbs).
