Best sleep in a while! The commercials are correct, if you're not getting the sleep you want, check out your pillow. Yes, I splurged on a pillow! But the thing is, you want to splurge when it comes to sleep. Don't get a cheap pillow where you will be tossing and turning at night and wake up restless. Also, for me, I no longer wake up with neck or shoulder pain. I like how the pillow is very supportive and adjustable. Depending on if you have a short neck or a long neck, you may need to turn the pillow around. The area with grey in the middle is for taller or longer neck people. My husband tried my pillow and he said it was nice, but he wasn't willing to pay more. I sleep on the side where there is full white and I get shoulder and neck support. I sleep both on my back and side. I just have to figure out how I can clean it as it's really bulky in shape that a pillowcase doesn't truly fit on it.

When I am experiencing neck or shoulder pain this is the only pillow that provides enough support. I bought this because my shoulder was making it impossible to sleep on my side, either side, but with this pillow I was able to sleep on my side again. The relief area provides a much needed cradle for your head and ear.

This is a good idea and is a well made pillow but it is too flat for me. I used it a couple of times and need it to be less flat. I am not going to use it anymore. I loaned it to my son and it wasn't comfortable for him either.I didn't have a sore neck or back but was going to use it for less snoring. My son has a real problem with snoring and it didn't help him.

I was really hopeful for this pillow. I love that it stays cool and it is reasonably priced however it did not do enough for my aching shoulder or the need to put my arm under my pillow. I will keep looking. It is heavy since it is a temperpedic style pillow. Please note the shape of the pillow does not blend with regular standard size pillows and you may need to hide behind decorative pillows when your bed is made as it sticks out like a sore thumb.

However, this pillow does not do what the videos say it does. First, people come in different sizes. When I first opened the box, and this little pillow fell out, I knew immediately that this pillow was sized for a child. I bought a queen sized pillow, so I assumed that the misunderstanding was with me. But night after night, I would wake up with knots in my neck and back. After the fifth night, the pain was so bad that I nearly had my wife take me to the ER. The pillow can't support the neck because the distance from the base of the pillow to the top of the pillow is less then the distance from the edge of my shoulder to the base of my neck. How can a pillow support my neck if it doesn't match the measurements of your body? Second, the videos claim that the pillow matches the angle of your spine, so that you won't sleep in strange angles. Put the top of the pillow is essentially parallel with the surface of the bed. If you're like me, your hips are a different width than your shoulders. As such, your spine isn't parallel to the bed when you sleep on your side. but, the pillow doesn't account for this. Third, the pillow is too small to wrap your arms round it. The images you see of people with their arms wrapped comfortably around the pillow have clearly been altered the pillow just isn't big enough for any of that.Long story short, this pillow did nothing to improve my sleep. But it did everything to make my neck and back much worse. I have been awake for eight hours now, and my neck and back still ache. I will not be sleeping on this pillow again.

I bought a second one for future because I love this pillow so much. It's lasted 8 months now. The center is indented for the ear, which may be why this pillow is so perfect for relieving neck pain.
