Eventually we go there. Patience, strong WIFI are required
So far NOT good. Waiting three months for it to arrive without any updates.Now arrived in a nice patchwork crate. Unpacked and the sheet does not match the machine we received. So, we are left with a unit in Chinese language guessing how to program. AND NO user manual or setup instructions.We have reached out to Manovix, internet, YouTube to no avail. We have changed the language to English. No we are guessing as to how to turn on the vending portion on the unit. Maybe, they will contact us or answer and assist us. So far, we have a useless hulk. Will update as this process unfolds.Been in contact. Have worked on the unit for TWO days. Software out of date, coin changer not working, wire not connected, portions of the machines and information are still in Chinese even with English setting. Will not make change, accepts currency at the wrong value. Will not vend items - as it does not like the photos. Yes, that is correct it does not like the photos. Unit REQUIRES Wi-Fi, strong and unlimited. Requires a lot of setup settings to be changed, as it did not arrive in working condition. After literally 2 days of working through with them, we still do not have a working unit. I did my lost days back.Another day and some success. Working on my own solving some issues. Working with them through video chat for a day, solving other issues. A computer is required, strong Wi-Fi and a good deal of patience. Several physical and programming changes had to be made to get us going. At this point we are up and running!It would have been easier if they had a MANUAL that included actual setup and programming instructions.I will credit them - though it tried my patience, they worked with me for several days and yes, we are up and running.Machine seems fine. Setup sucks.
